We designed the 48V solar charge controller specifically for medium-sized solar power systems for use with solar panels as the power source and for charging solar batteries. UTL’s MPPT solar charge controllers convert excess voltage into current. By converting excess voltage into Amps (A), the charging voltage can be kept at an optimal level and the time required to charge the solar battery is reduced.
